With marketers, salespeople or customer service is increasingly reduced. The needs for a personalized experience are increasingly higher from customer to customer and we professionals in the sector do not have the capacity to manage thousands of requests that are often too different from each other. The question that worries everyone is: will artificial intelligence steal our jobs? The objectively correct answer is " we don't know ", or "it depends". Just as we didn't know that one day we would be able to reach places in a few hours with high-speed transport (the Hyperloop One project is noteworthy) or, more simply, the advent of streaming platforms that replaced DVDs like Netflix or Infinity.
Today we don't know where artificial intelligence can actually go. What is known for sure is that artificial intelligence is advancing very rapidly month by month : speech and image recognition are well advanced, Natural Language web designs and development service Processing and Generation are improving each time they are used and neural networks they demonstrate how machine learning can make a machine productive even without human intervention. On this basis, projects such as Google Assistant, Siri, self-driving cars or the Netflix and Amazon algorithms were born which recommend content.
To us on a daily basis based on our browsing or purchasing history (from which the machines learn our tastes and interests. Although there are already robots that are able to do amazing things and automate many of the jobs that are still carried out, artificial intelligence is still quite immature , not proving to be so intelligent (for the moment) given the need for continuous checks by the 'man. Artificial intelligence aims (or rather what we humans want it to aim for) at completing actions that each of us carries out in our daily lives more quickly and/or at automating those that we consider superfluous.
